**We are looking for an experienced proxy Product Owner to work on one of our internally developed Cybersecurity applications. This person does not need to be a cybersecurity expert. **
Goals and Deliverables: -Manage ServiceNOW backlog
- Implement monitoring and alerting
- Produce SOPs
- Contribute to user training and support
Responsibilities:
- Structure and support a smooth transition from Build to RUN of the project activities
- Own and manage the ServiceNow incident backlog
- Propose RUN ticket arbitration in ServiceNow based on risk and business impact
- Analyze and coordinate ServiceNow incident tickets with the development team and communicate to users
- Produce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recurring incidents enabling the external RUN team to handle routine RUN operations. This requires creating investigation procedures, providing useful code snippets used by developers, and remediation procedures I- mplement monitoring and alerting on Security Analytics data sources to ensure data freshness, quality, and availability
- Ensure the operational performance and reliability of solutions delivered by the Security Analytics team
- Contribute to user training and support on both the PBI report and the dataset model (self-BI)
Requirements:
- Strong experience in data and business intelligence projects
- Knowledge of the following stacks: Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL for performing data analysis
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments (Scrum) with JIRA
- Good general IT knowledge (protocols, API, network, …)
- Soft Skills: excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management; decisive and outcome-focused
